Refunds apply to the original purchase price within the 30-day window. We may decline requests that show evidence of abuse, fraud, policy violations, or excessive use clearly inconsistent with a genuine evaluation of the product.

3. Processing time

Approved refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank.

4. Subscriptions & cancellations

Where a plan is billed on a recurring basis, you may cancel at any time to stop future charges; cancellation stops renewals but does not automatically refund the current period except as provided above.
