These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Flowomatic, a product of Webliska.AI ("Flowomatic", "we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Licence

Subject to your plan and payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service. "Lifetime" access refers to the lifetime of the Flowomatic product, not a perpetual guarantee of any specific feature, and remains subject to these Terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: unlawful activity; infringing others' rights; reselling or sharing your account; attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service; or automated/abusive usage that degrades service for others.

3. Credits, fair use & "unlimited" features

Some features consume account credits. Features described as "unlimited" are provided under a Fair Use Policy (FUP) and remain subject to available credits and reasonable individual use. We may throttle, queue, or limit usage that is excessive, automated, or abusive in order to protect service quality for all users. See our Disclaimer.

4. AI-generated content

Outputs are generated by third-party and proprietary AI models and are provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for how you use them, including compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms. Where your plan includes a commercial licence, it applies to assets you generate under an active, paid plan.

5. Payment & refunds

Fees are billed through our payment providers. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Flowomatic, its software, branding, and content (excluding your inputs and outputs) are owned by Webliska.AI and protected by law.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webliska.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination & governing law

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Webliska.AI's place of business. Contact [email protected] with any questions.
